We care deeply about the environment and consistently assess and monitor our operations to ensure we’re making optimal use of the resources we consume, while reducing emissions and waste. As part of the project development process, a comprehensive, third-party Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA) was conducted by an independent outside expert, examining the project’s potential impacts on air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, climate change, ecology and biodiversity. This assessment confirmed that our plant will meet or exceed the recent state, federal and World Health Organization air quality guidelines.
